It’s common to forget or be reminded of a person who played a role in helping you get to where you are today. No worries. We created this simple form to quickly recreate your dream team and add new people. Just copy the names either in the email that we sent you or directly from your dream team visual. Then paste them into the appropriate box and add your new names. Once done, just hit next. When finished, you’ll get a new visualization of all the people who contributed to who you are today AND the opportunity to share it with them as a way of saying thanks.
