Richard Reeves is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution whose research focuses on the middle class, inequality and social mobility. His latest book is Dream Hoarders: How the American Upper Middle Class Is Leaving Everyone Else in the Dust, Why That Is a Problem, and What to Do about It. Our conversation really challenges us all to reconsider our own American Dream story and more importantly what we’re doing to help or hinder the dreams of others.
